The first time I met Dr. Rattray-Hahn she carried one of her children in a backpack into the examining room. Ten years later I cried when she said she was closing her office to do something different. I guess some others needed her as much as I had. She was a wonderful doctor and always had time to listen, which helped her get to the crux of the matter. I just learned of her death today and I offer my most sincere condolences to her family.

Dear Dr. Mark and children:

I cannot tell you the sadness I experienced when I read of Dr. Sandra's passing Sunday's newspaper. I've never known a more caring, compassionate person than she and I feel blessed to have known her, as a patient and a friend. I will miss running into her from time to time and experiencing the wonderful feeling in my heart that a few minutes of conversation with her would bring. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Dear Dr. Mark and Family...it is with heavy heart and soul that we read this morning of your wonderful soul-mate and mother of Imani and Anwar's transitioning. Sadly, we lost touch with you all after you closed your Urgent Care Center and did not know of her illness. Sandra was such a kind, compassionate and understanding lady...and, she was an angel. Her spirit will always surround you, and may God give you strength at your time of loss.

Stay well...namaste.
