Dearest Ray, Stephanie and Family, We are so sorry to hear of Frannie's passing. Not many people can say that their time on earth has been dedicated to selflessly helping others, but that was definitely Frannie. I'm sure by now that my brother Bobby has already been telling Frannie his "jokes" and she has already been rolling her eyes at them. Some things never change......

To Frannie's Family - My mom, Sharon Hart, worked many years with Frannie in the NICU - she spoke very highly of her as a nurse and friend! May your joyful memories of her comfort you now and in the months to come! Very Sincerely,
Judy Merrill

To Frannie's family, Very sad news. My sincere condolences. I met Frannie when my Aunt and Uncle, Winifred and Jack Terry, were her neighbors on 11th Street. Later she and Sue Terry were roommates. She was such a nice gal.
