Fran was a customer and a close friend for sixteen years. I always enjoyed our conversations and her wit and friendliness. Meeting her many years ago in Century Village was a pleasure. Her love for her sons and daughter and her family always shown through. She became my surrorgate Mom.
I will always remember her fondly. My deepest condolences to her family.
