James Jengo Obituary
He was the beloved husband of the late Shirley (Perron) Jengo. His family will receive relatives and friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 28, at the Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave., New London. A funeral home service, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 29. Interment in Cedar Grove Cemetery will be private. A complete obituary will appear in the Wednesday edition of The Day.

Dear Lori and Jim, I am so sorry to learn that your dear Father has passed away. I called him yesterday (9-25-23)and discovered his line was disconnected, and found the Obituary and truly I am very sad to learn of your Father's Passing. Lou Bishara ( a life-long friend of your Father) also from New London was my boss, and that is how I came to know your Dad. While on a business trip in 2012 I visited your Mom Shirley and your Dad, and we had a wonderful dinner. I will miss my the wonderful conversations I had when I called for Father. i send a photo I took of your Parents, and plus a photo of a sign your Dad placed on his Car for me to see when I arrived to your parents home! PLUS, (yet I had google maps) he sent me a very long and detailed map of directions from Vermont to the home! May God Bless you!
