Walter Dalton Obituary

Walter H. "Jack" Dalton died September 29, 2003, at home. He was a native of Lynchburg, Va. and lived in Richmond for 22 years. He was previously employed by Farm Fresh in the meat department. He was a member of the Moose Lodge for many years. He is survived by his wife, Kathy; one daughter, Loretta Bolin; three sons, Walter Dalton Jr., Brian Dalton, and Ronnie Dalton; two sisters, Corrinne Cohen and husband, George, of Lynchburg, Va., and Barbara Towler and husband, Harley, of Ocala, Fla.; three brothers, Ernest Dalton and wife, Shirley, Burleigh Dalton and wife, Myrtle, all of Lynchburg, Va., and Robert Dalton of Ocala, Fla.; seven grandchildren, and a number of nieces of nephews. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 1, at 12 noon at the McGuire Veterans Hospice Chapel, Chaplain Harry Simmons officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the McGuire Veterans Hospice Program, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, Va. 23249.
