Joe Frank Lowe, 78, of Vernon, Texas died on Sunday, December 16, 2018, in Vernon, Texas.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 11:00 am at Eastview Cemetery under the direction of Sullivan Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Gib Baskerville and Rev. Ric Rozales.

Joe was born Wednesday, July 10, 1940 in Vernon, Texas; he was the son of the late Frank E. Lowe and the late Mary Underwood Lowe. He married Frances Louise Shepherd on December 25, 1960 in Vernon. He was a graduate of Vernon High School and Texas Tech University. He was a farmer and rancher. He served of Waggoner National Bank Board of Directors and he served on the Board of Vernon Regional Jr. College. He was a member of First Baptist Church.

Joe is survived by his wife Frances Lowe of the home. Son, Marshall Scott Lowe of Pampa, TX, daughter, Amy Louise Bobrick of Santa Fe, NM. Grandson Eric Preston James of Denver, CO., Great Grandson Emerson James of Denver, Co.

He is preceded in death by a granddaughter Jennifer Louise Bobrick, Brother John Marshall Lowe.

Family visitation will be 10:00 am till 10:40 Thursday before service time at Sullivan Funeral Home.

Memorials can be made to First Baptist Church or Boys and Girls Club.
