CAROLYN MORROW CHENEY  
On Thursday, February 8, 2018, Carolyn Morrow Cheney, 77, a government affairs representative for Florida sugar producers and former U.S. Congressional aide died in her home in Washington D.C. Born in Ryan, Oklahoma on September 18, 1940 to Dale C. Morrow and Dorothy Chaffin Morrow. Mother of Lance Stephen Cheney of Tulsa, OK. Grandmother to Dale Hay Baker (Caitlin) and Tre Stephen Conterez. She is also survived by her sisters Mary Manes, Marty Morris (Hart) and Vicki Sisney (Tim). Great grandmother to Gunnar and Gabriel Baker. Her daughter Lori Ann Cheney Conterez preceded her in death. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at Christ Church Washington Parish, 620 G Street , SE, Washington DC 20003, with interment later in Sand Springs, OK.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to Sand Springs Education Foundation, P.O. Although time passes, our love and memory continues, according to what Malachi 3:16 says...
"And a book of remembrance began to be written up before him". Our loving Creator also remembers those who have fallen asleep in death, and he promises that we will see them again.
