Beloved husband, father and pillar of the Fredericksburg community, GRAHAM GREEN III on Wednesday, February 22, 2006 when his plane crashed en route to the Stafford Regional Airport. Graham was 57 years old. Though his life was tragically cut short, the impact Graham's life had on this community will be long lasting. The roles he filled were numerous, he was a businessman, a musician, an avid athlete, and a man of great character. Through his work with service organizations, such as Rotary and Hospice Support Care, Graham touched the lives of many individuals. As a businessman, Graham placed honesty and ethics above all else. As an athlete, he was known for his participation on the soccer team at DePauw University, which was third in the nation, and in this community he was a competitive 4.0 tennis player. As a musician he brought joy to his community. As a man, he lived life according to the Rotary Creed, always placing service above self. In all these roles, none was more important to Graham than the role of husband an father. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Carole, and by his children, Tabitha, Graham IV, Meghann and Garrett, as well as his grandchildren. Quint and Cleo. A visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday, evening and the Memorial service will be held Tuesday, at 4 p.m. with a reception to follow.
