JOSEPH GUARNIERI (Age 78)
Of Potomac, MD passed away on October 13, 2015. Joe enjoyed opera, tennis, soccer, wine, art and investing. He loved living life to the fullest and interacting with other people. Survived by his wife, Merle; son, Patrick and wife, Megan; sisters, Maria Farano and Fernanda Friedrich; brothers, Aldo and Frank; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation, Monday, October 19, 9:30 a.m.; Mass of Christian Burial, 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Apostle Catholic Church, 2655 Woodley Road, N.W., Washington, DC 20008. Private interment to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Kidney Fund, http://www.kidneyfund.org/Arrangements by De VOL Funeral Home.

Joseph was a wonderful friend for all who knew him and his good spirit, humor, and ethics will be missed by all. He was a person a great moral character but yet was quite accessible to all.
