He leaves to cherish his memory his children Kelvin, Terrance, Keonnia, Jahmil, Rekel, Jasmine, Rahim, Craig, Chris, Troy, Kevin, Chauncey and his football kids; grandchildren Shaun, Rhyan and Mason; siblings Lillian, Linda, Rudolph, Annette and James Simms; a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing 10 a.m. Service 12 noon, Friday, November 23, at Mount Sinai Baptist Church, 1615 Third Street NW. Interment Harmony Memorial Park. Services by Henry S. Washington & Sons.

My heart is truly broken. But, so filled with joy and peace knowing that you are no longer suffering and in the arms of The Lord. I am so happy that I got the chance to spend time with you and the fam, just laughing as we always have done. You, Randy, Precious, and the kids represent how much fun we had in the Dunbar days.
I will always cherish those moments of laughter over the last few months. I was glad I had the opportunity to let you know how much you are loved and mean to me and my twin. I will really miss you.
Thank you Regina for being the constant rock of unconditional love and support. You never left his side. You are an amazing woman.

Uncle Fatman your vigorous throaty laughter will be missed ~ but will never be forgotten. The way you laughed was so infectious everyone would laugh with you.
