Roland T. Cahill

Roland T. "Ron" Cahill, III, 54, of Moore Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Hecktown Oaks. He was the beloved husband of Christine Cahill (Nelson) to whom he was married to for 36 years. Born in Phillipsburg, Roland was a son of Roland Cahill, Jr. (Mary) of Macungie and Annelle Disanto (Thompson) of Easton.

Ron was the president of the Lehigh Valley Baseball League, He was a passionate advocate for the sport and dedicated countless hours to the local baseball community. He had a deep love for live music, often found enjoying performances with those he cherished. A devoted Pittsburgh Steelers fan, he celebrated every victory with spirited enthusiasm. Ron adored his dogs, who brought him immense joy and companionship.

In addition to his wife, Ron will be dearly missed by his children: Jamie Cahill (William Andrews, III) of Nazareth, Christopher Cahill, Sr. (Emilie) of Stroudsburg, Alexis Bosga (Anthony) of Bath, Keyena Pixley of Easton; grandchildren: Nevaeh, Noelle, Peyton, Liam, Addisyn, Nevin, Anthony, Christopher, Jr. and Arya; siblings: Kathy, Karen, Tiffany and Brian; niece: Kayla Morgan of Allentown. Ron is predeceased by an aunt: Sherry Thompson.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, March 22, 2025 in the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, INC., 2165 Community Drive - Bath, PA 18014. Friends and Relatives are invited to a viewing from 6 to 7:30 PM on Friday, March 21, and from 10 AM until the time of the services on Saturday all in the funeral home. Interment will follow services (Saturday) at Northampton Memorial Shrine - Palmer Twp. Online expressions of sympathy may be recorded at: bensingfuneralhome.net.
